NORTH MARKET STORAGE EXPANSION [TRC Plan Review# 3] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance): 1. The proposed street trees appear to be located within the 20’X70’ sight distance triangles. Please ensure that all vegetation within the sight distance triangles do not hinder clear visual sight lines from 30” to 10’. TECHNICAL STANDARDS – PARKING: 2. Awaiting decision on the variance for the length of maximum private drive/parking lot driveway, which exceeds 500’/800’. [Chapter VII , C (4), pg 7-15 to 7-16 CofWTSSM] 3. No Further Comments.
