TECHNICAL STANDARDS – PARKING:
1. The proposed pavement markings for on-street designated loading/unloading zone is not required and must not be installed. Please revise site plan accordingly.
2. Since the off-street parking spaces are 15.5’ in depth adjacent curb for west side spaces must not be more than 4” in height, so it can work as wheel stops to accommodate 2.5’ vehicle overhang.
A separate revision is not required and above changes can be done with final submission set. Please let me know if you have any questions.

TRAFFIC IMPACT:
Thank you for the update on the request for a TIA Waiver for this site. Please provide an update when the status of this project changes or the waiver is approved.
TECHNICAL STANDARDS – PARKING:
1. The site plan show Loading Zones on S. 7th Street and S. 8th Street. Please remove the markings per Traffic Engineering comments. Signage for the loading zone will be sufficient.
2. Transportation Planning is awaiting status of TIA Waiver. Additional comments may be required if a TIA is required.
