GREENLAWN FUNERAL HOME [TRC Plan Review #3] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (sight distance): 1. Show the City’s 20’X70’ sight distance triangles for all the driveways off Shipyard Blv accessing this property. Please ensure that any proposal shall not interfere with clear visual sight lines from 30"-10'. [Sec.18-556 CofW LDC] [Sec. 18-812 CofW LDC]. Entrance monument at the western driveway may require to be relocated. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance as this development moves through the review process.

A NCDOT 10’X70’ SDT is shown instead of the City of Wilmington 20’ X 70’ Sight Distance Triangle. Please revise. 2. The entrance monument sign appears to be located inside the 20’ X 70’ Sight Distance Triangle. Please relocate the location of the entrance monument sign. 3. The Landscape and Site Plans have trees that are shown within the 20’X70 Sight Distance Triangles. Please Revise. TECHNICAL STANDARDS – PARKING: 4.
