TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance):
1. The Sidewalk connection on S. Live Oak Dr. appears to be going across a 30’ Access Easement. Ensure this connection is shown as a driveway with sidewalk on both sides of the 30’ Access Easement driveway.
2. Blythe Road appears to dead end at the end of Lot #4. Show End of Road Markers or end of Public Way Designation at the end of Blythe Road.
