NORTH MARKET STORAGE EXPANSION [TRC Plan Review #4] TECHNICAL STANDARDS: Site plan shows proposed sidewalk in front of this property. An ADA ramp at the corner of street type driveway abutting the eastern and western boundary of the property are required and shall be installed as per City/NCDOT standards. This was missed to comment on initially, but it will be required. A separate revision will not be required and this change can be made with the final submittal. If these ADA ramps are to be constructed by others, please label accordingly. Please let me know if you have any questions.

North Market Street Storage Technical Standards: Sight Distance, Sidewalks, Access 1. If Payment in Lieu for Sidewalk has been submitted, you may place a note on the plan that sidewalk will be installed by others. 2. The proposed Variance for the 500'/800' rule was tentatively approved by Engineering. 3. Proposed Street Trees are at the edge of future NCDOT ROW and are located in the 20'X70' Sight Distance Triangle. The present street tree location may require additional evaluation when the NCDOT ROW is moved for the Market Street Median Project and the distance to the travel lane is reduced. 4. No Further Comments.
