TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance): 1. Please correct the label for Randall Drive from “State Propoerty” to “State Property” on sheet C-2.1. 2. The site has a pedestrian connection to UNCW via a sidewalk and 8’ Multi-Use Path. Please add wheel chair and curb ramps to the landscape islands to make the path ADA accessible for persons in wheel chairs. 3. No Further Comments.
