 Engineering has reviewed the plans for the Woodlands Landing at Echo Farms-Tract 3A project submitted April 1, 2019 and offer the attached comments.

WOODLANDS AT ECHO TRACT 3A [TRC Plan Review #6] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – NEW ROADS: 1. Please coordinate street names on Site plans and Landscape plans. The plans do not show the same street names for the section of Midvale Drive, near Building 1, and Chastain Drive, south of the roundabout at Building 12. TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance): 2. The landscape plans show Street Trees located within the Sight Distance Triangles. Please ensure vegetation within the 20’X70’ Sight Distance Triangles are maintained to provide clear visual sight lines from 30” to 10’. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance as this development moves through the review process.

Canopy trees must be a minimum of 2"-2.5" caliper.

Understory and multi-stemmed trees must be a minimum of 8' in height.

Do not double- or triple-spec plant material; use only one measurement (caliper or height).
