DRIVEWAY
1. Show and label the City’s 20’x70’ sight distance triangle at the driveway accessing Sir Tyler Dr. on site plan. [Sec.18-529(c)(3)CofW LDC] Add a note indicating that all proposed vegetation within sight triangles shall not interfere with clear visual sight lines from 30"-10'. [Sec.18-556 CofW LDC]
PARKING
2. Site plan shows signage at one of the parking space in the south-west corner of site near the proposed building E. Please clarify if the intention is to provide a handicap space. And if it is, then provide an accessible aisle and accessible route to the nearest entrance/ ramp of the building.
