This proposed new building will need to have its own unique address, separate from the existing address of 1311 Shipyard Blvd. I have changed the address to 1155 Shipyard Blvd, in Protrak. Please make sure the new address is shown on any future submittal plans, and is used for permits and construction documents, as the proper address for this new building.
Show tree protection fencing, to scale, for all trees to be preserved.
At least two trees at the front of the project (near Shipyard) are shown to be removed, but do not appear to be in conflict with any site improvements. Clarify need for removal.
Minimum size for understory and multi-stemmed trees is 8'-10' height; specify by height only.
Please address the following:
• FDC must be on the front of the building unless otherwise approved. The current location indicated on the plan may need further discussion based on parking spaces. Would remoting the location be an option?
• The type of Building Construction according to the International Building Code must be present on the plans.
