RALEIGH STREET CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT [TRC Plan Review #4] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance): 1. Please update status of the sidewalk connection between the site and the public sidewalk with the Current Planner for this project. TECHNICAL STANDARDS – PARKING: 2. The proposed landscaping plan does not show the correct location for the 20’X70’ Sight Distance Triangle. Please revise the location of the SDT and location of landscaping/ street trees on the landscape plan. The previous landscaping plan appeared to have the triangles shown correctly. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance as this development moves through the review process.
