· I assume the trees that are in bold are the additional trees being removed. These trees are outside of essential site improvements and must be retained. Please provide justification for their removal.
· Identify trees on plan that are being planted for mitigation purposes, including north of Hollingsworth Drive.

TECHNICAL STANDARDS – NEW ROADS:
1. Provide reflectors and pavement markings on the traffic splitter Islands for the Mini-roundabout at Hollingsworth Drive intersection.
2. Provide a standard detail for the turn lane pavement cross section.
TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance):
3. Provide parallel cross walk markings at the intersection of Peele Street and Hollingsworth Drive.
4. Ensure the Stop Bars are parallel to the painted crosswalks. Stop Bars shall be no less than 4’ behind the Cross Walk Markings. [Technical Standards & Specifications Manual CofWilm. SD 11-11, Pavement Markings- Crosswalk]
5. The internal Crosswalk at the Eastern corner of the building does not appear to be properly aligned from the landscape island to the building sidewalk.
6. The sidewalks adjacent to the loading dock are beside a depressed loading area. Please add Railings along the edge of the elevated sidewalk area per ADA Guidelines.
7. Provide standard details for the Asphalt Multi-Use Path being installed on the plan sheets.

Accessibility and FDC locations are adequate, however the following notes need to be added to the plan:
- Hydrant must be within 150' of the FDC. **
- The FDC must be within 40' of fire apparatus placement. **
- In addition to the standard comments, additional fire protection and accessibility requirements may be required
due to any special circumstances concerning the project. **
