Initial Review Note
TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance):
1. The landscape plans do not show the required 20’X70’ Sight Distance Triangles on the site driveways on 10th Street and 11th Street.
2. Add a note indicating that all proposed vegetation within sight triangles shall not interfere with clear visual sight lines from 30"-10'. [Sec.18-566 CofW LDC]
3. The landscape plans show street trees that are within the 20’X70’ Sight Distance Triangles, please relocate these trees.
4. Show the location of proposed Street Lights on the Landscape Plan.
