Comments from GIS/Addressing
Based on the new street configuration, we will now require that the Antler Drive street name be continued through the proposed development since it will connect and continue the existing portion of Antler Drive. Five Oaks Lane as previously proposed for the street name should no longer be used with this project. Please update future plan submittals accordingly.

As discussed with applicant, tree save areas are to be shown. Staff requests that applicant coordinate the placement of COW-required street trees in this subdivision using input from CFPUA because they typically have issues with utility conflicts. Landscape plan also shall consider code-required sight distance triangles.
On 1/5/15, city staff issued conditional tree removal permit as was requested by applicant. NHC E&SC permit will not allow grading to commence; however, option for early conditional release for clearing and grading may be requested.
Planning has no further comments at this time. We await the submission of V2 (upon uploading, it will be identified as V3).
