The 8-page plan set submitted along with the subdivision review application is based on an access concept that Trans planning and Traffic have not reviewed for conformance with tech standards, especially SD-1-14 for private access easements. The alley section is n/a for this application.
Before review of this plan set can begin, designer is encouraged to resolve access per city standards; i.e. pursue obtaining waiver from Public Services (Rob Gordon). Approval of 400 foot PAE waiver will allow use of a PAE in lieu of a private or public r/w and street cross section. Once that is resolved, design of the project can be completed to complement the agreed-upon means of access.
Planning has no further comments at this time; however, please note stormwater comments regarding the site plan concept. The comments will be entered by Derek Pielech. He also will guide you in the procedure for obtaining stormwater permit approval for your design.
