This project was released for clearing and grading in 2007. The preliminary plan was approved by the Subdiv. Review Board. Additional engineering was needed in order to process a full construction release, as shown on the attached plan set. A separate set of plans has been submitted to CFPUA for review; utility information on this plan is therefore subject to change.
The only comment I would have since not being involved in the 2007 review is the timber bridge and the capabilities of supporting the weight of fire apparatus
Call received 5/3/13 from Landfall Council of Associations (LCOA). Inquired regarding use by proposed Battery Park subdivision of the stormwater system that is controlled by a sub-association of LCOA, i.e. Woodbridge HOA (WHOA).
LCOA inquired as to whether stormwater permitting would be affected if permission needs to be granted to developer by WHOA. And if WHOA does not grant any necessary authorizations, whether that would void any city/state stormwater permit for Battery Park.
Dev. Svcs. staff encouraged LCOA to inquire regarding any conditions of approval that NCDENR Water Quality Div. placed on Battery Park's SW permitting. LCOA should feel free to contact NCDENR-DWQ in this regard. City Dev. Svcs. will make city engineering aware of this inquiry.
4/25 dialogue betw. city Plan Review Engineering and J. Boyd (W& R): Reviewing these plans would be easier with a narrative submitted explaining any revisions or anything that would help figure out what's different (i.e. revision clouds of the changes since 2008, etc.)? If there’s no narrative, could you please place highlights of the revisions on the plans? -DP
