WILMINGTON SURGCARE EXPANSION [TRC Plan Review #3] City/ADA Standards: • Show the ramps before entering the proposed crosswalk in the parking facility. If ramps are not required and the sidewalk surface is flush, at least provide detectable warning domes at the end of the sidewalk before entering the drive aisle pavement. [ADA Standards] • Label the sign designation of signs to be used for the crosswalk in the parking facility. [MUTCD] • Recommending ‘Do not enter’ signage to restrict the traffic entering one-way dropoff-pickup aisle in front of existing building. Please let me know if you have any questions.

WILMINGTON SURGCARE EXPANSION [TRC Plan Review #3] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – DRIVEWAY ACCESS (Major Thoroughfares): 1. The Site will be required to request a variance for the distance of driveway spacing along a major thoroughfare. The minimum driveway spacing requirements for driveways along a major thoroughfare must be greater than 250’ apart. TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance): 2. Please show all regulatory signs on the site plan, including Stop Signs, and Street Name Signs.
