ARBORETUM VILLAGE [TRC Plan Review# 6] Landscape
TECHNICAL STANDARDS – NEW ROADS:
1. Show Street Names on the landscape plans. The site plans currently show Atrium Court.
TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance):
2. As previously stated, the site has shown Crape Myrtle Trees within the 46’X 46’ Sight Distance Triangle will hinder clear visual sight distance for the driveway entrance to Military Cutoff Road. Due to the high level of vehicular traffic along Military Cutoff, (a major thoroughfare with high volume and speeds), these trees must be relocated. The vegetation is located adjacent to the expanded driveway.
