Tree mitgation calculations are incorrect. All significant trees require mitigation if removed; several are shown as "exempt" from mitigation.
Do not double- or triple-spec landscape material. Canopy trees must be 2" caliper minimum. Understory and multi-stemmed trees must be a minimum of 8' height (this includes Little Gem magnolia and arboritae).
Consider relocating smaller trees instead of removing them.
