Tree protection fencing must be shown entirely encompassing all trees to be preserved unless the tree protection area abutts a property line or erosion control fencing.
It appears that grading is proposed inside the tree protection area of the tree on the southwest side of the retention basin. No grading is allowed inside tree protection areas for any reason. Make adjustments accordingly.
The 6" roof drain proposed on the north side of the retention basin cannot go through the tree protection area unless the trench is hand dug to avoid cutting tree roots. Either re-route the line, or make accomodations for this line to be installed by hand.
Landscape Plan:
The live oak proposed as being planted underneath the existing pine on the south side of the retention basin should be moved approximately 40' to the southeast.
The live oak proposed as being planted on the left side of the driveway to the existing maintenace building is underneath overhead power lines and should be moved approximately 50' to the southeast.
The two trees proposed as flanking the entrance to the clubhouse should be changed to a smaller-maturing species due to overhead utilities (unless the utilities are relocated). Please use Oklahoma redbud, Magnolia x 'Jane', or Magnolia x 'Galaxy'.
The four trees proposed for removal and listed as significant are not significant. Change mitigation table to reflect this.
