TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance):
1. The height of the Ground Elevation appears to be higher than the height of the sidewalk in some areas. Please verify these heights.
2. Please ensure the turn down sidewalk has a detail and provides vertical separation for vehicles using the one-way drive aisle.
