TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance):
1. Please show the Driveway connection for the proposed Homes on the Dockside Plan or as part of a separate Plan.
2. The plan must show Fire and Rescue Access to the proposed Home, shown within the elevations.
