SMITH AND GSELL DESIGN STUDIO [TRC Plan Review #3]
1. The site plans show a 3’ sidewalk adjacent to the 6 standard vehicle parking spaces, however, the site appears to be allowing vehicle overhang over the sidewalk. Please increase the width of the sidewalk to allow 2.5’ for vehicle overhang and 4’ minimum clear pedestrian path for the sidewalk, or add wheel stops to prevent the vehicles from overhanging over the sidewalk.
