Based on Aaron's site visit 12/12/2017 and LDC

1.      All red maples identified for removal (8) are dead/decaying
2.      All Darlington Oaks for removal (3) are dead/decaying
3.      All River Birch (9) are dead /decaying
4.      All Chinese Pistache are not dead or decaying and cannot be permitted for removal
5.      All Crepe Myrtles (3) can be removed, but require mitigation

Foundation plantings for replacement are more than the existing vegetation on site and staff agrees with the applicant’s submittal.

Please identify the location of 3 of the red maples not identified on the plan and show the locations for planting the required mitigation trees.
