TONGUE AND GROOVE OFFICE [TRC Plan Review# 6]
TECHNICAL STANDARDS – DRIVEWAY ACCESS:
1. The sidewalk for the proposed driveway on Circular Drive is shown on the landscape plan but not on the site plan.
TECHNICAL STANDARDS – PARKING:
2. The proposed site plan show three parking spaces that do not have a clear way to access them. The spaces that access thru the Handicap Parking Space, the Accessible Handicap Aisle and other parking spaces do not appear to meet minimum technical standards. Please revise these parking spaces. The ‘back to back’ spaces within the employee parking spaces need to be revised.
3. The site and Landscape plan require a border for parallel and perpendicular parking spaces in lots that have less than 25 parking spaces.
4. Show the outline of the start and end of each 23’ space, (either on the gravel or along the border). [SD 15-13 CofW Tech Stds]
5. Show the location of the business sign.
