- Provide revised tree removal permit.
- Provide revised grading permit, or confirmation from NHC that a revised grading permit is not required.
Engineering has the following comments on this submittal:
- The amount of fill on many of the lots appears to be in excess of what is necessary to provide positive drainage per the stormwater permit. However, there is no stormwater requirement that prohibits this amount of fill if desired.
- The permitted drainage area for the pond encompasses the entire lot. The graded pads taper off the backs of the lots. The house products are not shown, but it must be stressed that all impervious area constructed on the lots MUST be directed toward the permitted stormwater control measure (the pond), it cannot be permitted to simply splash and fall off the back of the lot (unless the runoff from the back of the lots is collected and conveyed to the pond).
