Nothing further from Fire
· Is Cloverland Way stub acting as the required turn around or is a standard turnaround needed? Please provide confirmation from transportation, engineering, fire that this is appropriate. I don’t see how you can stub to a required recreation area but I am not certain the length would require a turnaround.
- Please provide list of conditions from the approved conditional district (CD-10-409-M715). I do not see them listed.
- Street trees need to be located in the right-of-way, not on individual lots, and should be located in the plaza between the back of curb and the sidewalk. Trees are required to be in right-of-way
