TECHNICAL STANDARDS:
1. Revise the cross section for the Mini-circle. It does not show the height of the truck apron.
2. Signs marking the Center Circle of the Mini-circle should be One-Way signs instead of Chevron signs.
3. Provide Crosswalk markings at the intersection of Hollingsworth Drive and Peele Street.
4. Sheet C-5 shows a tight transition between the catch basins at CB-10 and CB-11 and wheel chair ramps on the Private Interparcel Connector Road. Show a detail for the curb transition on the details page.
5. Engineering will have to approve the proximity of the catch basins at CB-10 and CB-11 and the wheel chair ramps on the interparcel connector road.
6. The landscaping plan shows many street trees within the 20’X70’ Sight Distance Triangles. Many of these trees can be repositioned so they will be outside the Sight Distance Triangles. Relocate these trees.
