TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance):
1. Thanks for showing the driveway notes.
2. Show Curb ramps at the street corner intersection. Connect the sidewalk to the curb ramps at Blythe Road and Canterbury and Canterbury and Live Oak Parkway.
3. The proposed Street Cross Section shows Type A curb on one side and Slope Curb on the other side of the street. Slope curb appears to be the existing curb type in this area.
