Show tree protection fencing around all tree to be preserved.

Pine trees need to be identified by species, not just "pine".

• A 35-foot buffer will be required around any “primary conservation area.” A wetland determination and soil survey will be required.
• A wetland fill permit will be required (NWP).
• Magnolia and Dogwood trees listed for removal are significant and must be mitigated. Tree credits can be used for mitigation using trees saved in common areas. Add note to plan.
• There are several trees located outside of essential site improvements adjacent to the pond and within the 25 foot buffer. Retain or provide justification for their removal.
