The property address shown on the site plan for this project is incorrect. The correct address is 5821 Oleander Dr. Please update all plans, submittals, and permits accordingly.
Engineering will require submittal for a Drainage Plan from the consultant. Project is currently on hold per Coastal Site Design.

1. If the project goes forward, the distance from the property corner (at the edge of pavement), to the driveway curb return will meet the 75’ offset from property lines to the curb line for lots along major thoroughfares.
