Project was released for construction without a stormwater permit having been is sued.
This is the revised City stormwater permit for the facility. Two permit #’s have been issued for this site previously – 2005018 & 2009013. We like to maintain one permit number for a site, with each subsequent revision given a new revision number (2001018R1, R2, R3…). We have reverted back to the origina l permit number; the 2009 permit is assumed to be R1, making the current number R2.
Also, both of the previous permits required an as-built of the stormwater system. We currently do not have one on file. . Please provide a copy it if it has already been prepared or submitted previously. An as-built of the pond sy stem will be required prior to occupancy or use of the permitted improvements. t of the proposed storm drainage system will also be required.
