17TH STREET MIXED USE [TRC PLAN REVIEW #4]
Recommendation:
A ‘ONE WAY’ sign is recommended for the right-out only driveway to restrict the traffic from entering this driveway. Although, a ‘Do not enter’ signage is proposed parallel to S 17th St, this could be an addition to ensure it is clearly visible and S 17th St traffic does not slowdown in anticipation of entering this driveway.
If used, ‘ONE WAY’ sign shall be placed at the corner of the driveway facing traffic passing the one-way driveway (Section 2B.40 MUTCD). If installed, signage must be outside the ROW.

1. The planting plan on Sheet LP1.00 and LP1.10 show a light pole within the new right turn lane. Please revise these plan sheets.
