OAKWOOD HOMES, INC. [TRC Plan Review #2] 1. Site plan shows proposed modified commercial driveway. Please coordinate with Engineering for a variance request. 2. Turning movement analysis of the truck shown on site plan is not acceptable. The ingress movement will create a danger for the traffic in the lane towards the curb and egress movement is protruding into center turn lane before it fully turns into travel lane of Oleander Dr. Please provide successful maneuvering of a largest vehicle. Proposed driveway flares may require revision. Please coordinate with engineering for that. 3. If this driveway will not be provided with stop control, ADA detectable warning domes/mats are not required and shall not installed. 4. Differentiate concrete and asphalt surfaces of driveway. Specify the location where asphalt is to be saw cut with label and different legend for the portion of concrete and asphalt. 5. Accessible ramp for accessible parking space must be in accordance with City/ADA standards. [SD 3-07, SD 3-08 of CofW] 6. Detectable warning domes shall be installed at the end of each sidewalk before entering drive aisle/pavement surface of crosswalk in the parking facility. [City/ADA standards].
