PANDA EXPRESS [TRC Plan Review #4] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk): 1. Driveway off Van Campen Blv is proposed to be a standard commercial type. But site/staking plan show a ramp down along the sidewalk. Sidewalk shall be installed as per SD 3-10 of City standard details and the pedestrian right-of-way continues across the standard commercial driveway. Please justify and provide the ramp details. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance as this development moves through the review process.
