CAPE FEAR CENTER FOR INQUIRY PARKING LOT ADDITION [TRC Plan Review #3] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway): 1. Please revert back to the initial TIA for the street improvement (if any) for Shipyard Blv pertaining to the proposed driveway off the right turn lane. TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (multi-use trail): 2. If the concrete for the proposed commercial driveway is extended till the back of multi-use path, the detectable warning domes are not required to be installed at the entrance of the driveway. The pedestrian right-of-way continues across the driveway maintaining the slope and the elevation as per City/ADA standards. OR If the concrete for the proposed commercial driveway does not extend into the multi-use trail, ramps (if applicable)/detectable warning domes shall be installed as shown on the site plan.
