The “notes” on the plan are good. Please address the following comments:
- Water flow analysis may be required to determine the correct water main size to meet fire flow requirements for the dead end hydrant.
- Fire apparatus access road shall be no less than 20’ in width. I realize with the valley curbing there is 20’ of drivable surface, however with only one proposed hydrant at the entrance of the subdivision and one at the T intersection, 16’ will/could present challenges.
- The type of Building Construction according to the International Building Code must be present on the plans. (Preferably the site data table)
Show tree survey overlaid on proposed site plan. Urban Forestry plan review cannot proceed without this.
