NHRMC EMERGENCY WELL HOUSE [TRC Plan Review #2] Landscape
TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance):
1. The Landscape Plans show Bradford Pear Trees within the Sight Distance Triangles for the Well House Driveway. The plan must have a statement that states, “All proposed vegetation within sight triangles shall not interfere with clear visual sight lines from 30"-10'.”
