BLUEWATER MOTORSPORTS [TRC Plan Review #6] LANDSCAPE TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance): 1. Please show the Stop Sign. 2. The proposed Stop Bar is located in the center of the one-way driveway. Please reposition the Stop Bars beside the Stop Sign. TECHNICAL STANDARDS – PARKING: 3.
