CIRCLE K ON MARKET ST. [TRC Plan Review #4] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance): 1. Please apply the City’s 20’x70’ sight distance triangle for the Market St driveway. 2. Please note that 20’x70’ sight distance triangle is not required for the street intersection of Market St and Green Meadows Dr. And 46’x46’ sight distance triangle is not required for the southern driveway off Green Meadows Dr. Please remove the sight distance triangles that are not required, to avoid confusion. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance as this development moves through the review process.
