Nothing further from FIRE
Overhead power is not present on Martin St., so street trees should be large-maturing canopy trees.
Vegetation within the right-of-way on 3rd St. has great potential to block the railroad crossing warning lights. Flowering cherry and dwarf palmetto are a poor choice in this location. The street trees on this side will need to be a tightly columnar species with non less than 4' of clear trunk. Probably best to forego the palmetto altogher along 3rd.
Palmettos and roses in the right-of-way will not be maintained by the City, and must be maintained by the owner in such a way that they do not cause sight line issues.
