COASTAL FINANCE OFFICES [TRC Plan Review #3] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance): 1. The proposed back flow device is listed as a “Double check valve assembly with heated enclosure”. The enclosure is located within the 20’X70’ Sight Distance Triangle. Please relocate the check valve outside the Sight Distance Triangle or ensure the enclosure does not exceed 30” height. All objects within the sight distance triangle are subject to the requirement to provide clear visual sight lights from 30” to 10’.
