WOODLANDS AT ECHO FARMS TRACT 3B PHASE 1 [Plan Review #2] STREET LIGHTING: 1. Minimum of 16 street lights are required for this sub-division as per the initial review comments. A layout submitted for review displays only 15 street lights. Please revise. GENERAL NOTES TO ADD TO THE PLAN: A. If these units are sold at any point, the buyer must receive a subdivision street disclosure statement. Please note this on the site plan and advise the property owner of this requirement. [Sec.18-378 (e) CofW LDC] Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance as this development moves through the review process.

WOODLANDS AT ECHO FARMS TRACT 3B [TRC Plan Review] TRAFFIC IMPACT: Please provide an update on the status of the Woodland TIA (ECHO FARMS) for this project. Please contact Amy Kimes, PE, Amy.kimes@wilmingtonnc.gov, at (910)473-5130 to provide the status update. TECHNICAL STANDARDS – NEW ROADS: 1. Some of the plan sheets are missing the label for Road L. Please label Road L on all plan sheets. 2. Asphalt pavement section detail on C4.2 shows 2” of asphalt. City standard detail requires 3” of asphalt. [Standard Detail, SD 3.01 CofW TSSM] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – ACCESS (driveway, sidewalk, and sight distance): 3. Some of the intersections appear to be missing the pavement markings for crosswalks and Stop Bars. Please revise.
