CUSTOM HOME FURNITURE [TRC Plan Review #2] TECHNICAL STANDARDS – PARKING: 1. Please show all the traffic control devices and pavement marking showing the traffic flow for this project. 2. Site plan shows stop bar for both the driveways. Also show the location of stop signs as per existing. TECHNICAL STANDARDS – Barrier Free Design: 3. Please dimension all the accessible parking spaces and accessible aisle. 4. The proposed handicap parking space, at the northern boundary of the property, is not connected to the building entrance. Provide an accessible route connecting to access aisle to the nearest entrance of the building.[ADA Regulations] 5. Please specify which of the handicap space is designated as a Van space. 6. Where van spaces are provided, an access aisle is required for each space on the passenger side. This is the side from which ramps and lifts typically deploy. And also backing into the angled parking is not recommended. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of further assistance as this development moves through the review process.
